About Me

DSC_0063 (1)

I moved to Paris in a quest for adventure and now live here, although my intention to move back to Melbourne to live the comparatively quiet life has not faded.

Things you ought to know about me:

☼  I’m from Melbourne
☼ I live to eat (not the other way around)
☼ I have two brothers
☼ I really do think cupcakes are so photogenic, that it would be a downright shame not to take a photo of each one I eat
☼ My Mum’s doppelgänger is Meryl Streep (it’s the cheekbones!)
☼  I have a mild dog obsession- they are just so CUTE! My dog is called Arnold.
☼  I cook so many cakes, and anything sweet
☼ My Dad is a modern husband and does lots of cooking, cleaning and takes coffee to my Mum every morning in bed (he even wears an apron)
☼  I do yoga around three times a week
☼ I love love love the ocean

So please, for the love of French cheese, follow my adventures and comment, ask questions & contact me.  I am so happy to have you here and I hope it’s a good read

  1. Like you, Paris is synonymous with adventure for me! Great work with the blog! 🙂

  2. you have a great blog!!! Lots of interesting and useful information. Like you, i´m also in Paris, just looking for freedom and an adventurous kind of life! Do you do something else here, other than managing this blog? How do you make a living here? i just finished my master and my internship, i´m looking for a job right now, but that´s hard when you want to have an independent and adventurous lifestyle. Thought i´d ask you that, you seem to be doing so good. I always want to hear the advice of young freelancers.
Keep up the good work! 😉

  3. I´m so obsessed with Etsy right now! such a great idea of people selling their vintage or handmade stuff, which makes every piece very unique, i´ll check out your store later!
I´m from Venezuela! And well, my wordpress blog is a recent project that i just started with a fellow venezuelan friend that´s been living in Paris for 3 years now. Let´s say it´s fresh out of the oven so it doesn´t have much going on. Feel free to follow us! I´m obsessed with photography, so my own blog for now is: http://www.victoriaepaterno.tumblr.com
Australia is on the top 3 of my travel wish list! I imagine it to be a really relax and laid-back country with gorgeous landscapes. So different from Paris!

  7. It is always nice to see someone so interested in coconut water. Thank you for expanding the horizon for coco water. My name is ed Hartz. I am in Connecticut. I just started after years of research and farming investments, a fresh coconut water and coconut meat (copra) company. I believe in live raw fresh and unprocessed coconuts and coconut water. The name of the company is Noelani Coconut Water and Noelani Beverage Company. Coconut water is one of the most important beverages we can drink. See http://www.NoelaniBeverage.com. Noelani means Dew from The Heavens in Hawaiian language. Coconut water (live and unprocessed), human Blood Plasma, and sea water all have a commonality. And real live raw unprocessed coconut water, i.e., coconut water from the coconut freshly opened and drank is the only beverage that can be used as an IV. it was used as an IV during war emergency times throughout history.

    Thank you.
